What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead all of Happy Mammoth’s Conversion Rate Optimization efforts across Shopify stores, landing pages, sales funnels, quizzes, and special campaign assets (like Black Friday and Valentine’s Day launches).
  • Be responsible for both strategy and execution - working hands-on with developers and designers to optimize the entire customer journey.
  • Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics to identify friction points and prioritize optimization initiatives.
  • Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to increase conversion rates across landing pages, product pages, quizzes, checkout flows, and upsells.
  • Lead optimization projects to improve the CR of Shopify stores, sales funnels, and campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to increase AOV.
  • Plan, develop, and optimize new acquisition assets such as quizzes, landing pages, and product launch pages.
  • Work closely with development and design teams to build high-converting, fast-loading ecommerce experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing during product launches and peak sales periods to maximize performance.
  • Translate insights into clear action plans for developers and designers.
  • Ensure all pages and funnels are mobile-optimized, user-friendly, fast, and designed for high conversion.
  • Track key metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and page speed for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years experience in CRO, ecommerce optimization, or digital growth roles.
  • Deep knowledge of user behavior analysis, funnel building, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce tech stacks.
  • Project management skills — able to run and communicate projects smoothly across teams.
  • A strategic and data-driven mindset with a love for experimentation.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a passion for ownership.
  • Bonus points for experience in high-growth DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands.
