Your future team and your mission

Within the Learning Expertise team, which is in charge of developing new technologies, you will work on innovative projects that place AI and data analysis at the heart of new learning experiences.

We will explore various use cases of intelligent assistants and agents : curating educational content, providing training recommendations, virtual tutors / coaches, and generating personalized learning paths…

You will work closely with learning experts and data scientists to gain a deep understanding of the Volvo Group’s HR and IT ecosystems. You will operate in a Microsoft / Azure environment.

This internship will provide you with the chance to :

• Develop your expertise in data science and AI.
• Discover the world of learning and development.
• Create value by helping Volvo Group University navigate its digital transition.
• Collaborate with diverse, international teams.
• Work within a large group while enjoying the agile, start-up spirit of a small team.

Who are you?

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4 / 5) from an engineering school or equivalent, with a specialization in data or artificial intelligence.
• You are passionate, curious, creative, and interested in new technologies and innovation.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You are passionate about new technologies but are also able to take a step back and adopt a user-centric perspective. Curious and attentive, you can understand the user’s environment, constraints, and objectives to identify the best solutions. You adopt a holistic approach that combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of real-world use cases.
• You are fluent in English, which is the working language (written and often spoken when interacting with experts).
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
