Description du poste

Participate in the development and implementation of the audit plan:

1. Organizational audits: upon new director appointment or to assess the capacity and/or commitments made by each organization with the National Fund within their Multi-Year Management Contract (CPG);
2. Domain-specific audits: aimed at providing an overview of a service or organization within a targeted area;
3. Thematic audits: on strategic and operational issues, identifying key risks and providing recommendations to manage risks and activities;

Internal consulting:

Based on an existing diagnosis or benchmarking, formulate recommendations to advise and support decision-makers. Propose organizational scenarios.

Follow-up on recommendations and their implementation;

Participate in network facilitation;

You will also contribute to transversal activities of the department in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Skills required

This job is suitable for you if:

• You have higher education (Business School or university), with specialization in audit, consulting, and performance support, and at least 2 years of experience in this field;
• You demonstrate:
• Rigor, organization, and discretion;
• Strong writing, analytical, and synthesis skills;
• Excellent relational skills and interview techniques;
• Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
