Job Description

In this role, you will be involved in various operational themes, either as a participant or as a leader:

1. Participate in CO2 reduction and kerosene consumption projects (low-carbon initiatives).
2. Lead risk identification (RiTo) and propose Business Continuity Plans (PCA).
3. Assess equipment upgrade needs, propose investment plans, and contribute to budget management.
4. Maintain technological watch with partners to ensure continuous operation without shutdowns.
5. Consolidate and organize maintenance plans and define maintenance needs for new equipment.
6. Oversee industrialization DVMs related to engine testing and preparation activities.

Progress and Transformation

You will also contribute to progress and transformation initiatives:

1. Participate in and propose performance monitoring plans using KPIs.
2. Assist in transferring activities to the new building 65, scheduled for completion in late 2025.
3. Develop and lead maintenance plans (M1N).
4. Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Lead 5S initiatives to optimize workplace organization.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Experience in industrial maintenance, risk management (RiTo), and Business Continuity Planning (PCA).
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintenance activities.
• Project management skills.
• Proactive approach and team collaboration skills.
• Regulatory training related to MRO Part 145 (training provided).
• Fluent English (reading and writing) for Part 145 certification.
