Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Development Manager - France to drive growth by expanding customer accounts, segments, and territories. You will assess market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and pursue new business prospects. Using your expertise in prospecting, social selling, and digital sales tools, you will independently lead expansion initiatives, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored proposals to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct research to identify target territories, segments, and accounts; collaborate on developing a target account game board.
  2. Sales Support and Strategy Execution : Support strategies to penetrate new accounts and territories; work with the team to drive sales and customer acquisition.
  3. Social Selling and Customer Outreach : Use social selling techniques to engage potential customers, build relationships, and generate leads.
  4. Account Research and Target Identification : Use tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and gather relevant account information.
  5. Performance Metrics Tracking : Assist in monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate expansion efforts and provide insights for improvement.
  6. Market and Competitive Insights : Stay informed on industry trends and share insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales within the luxury or apparel industry, with a proven track record of expanding customer accounts and territories; management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is advantageous.
