PhinC Development - Senior Pharmacometrician (PBPK Modeling)

PhinC Development is seeking a senior pharmacometrician specialized in Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetics (PBPK) modeling.

In drug development, PBPK models are valuable tools for modeling and simulating drug-drug interaction (DDI) studies across various scenarios, as well as for dose determination in first-in-human studies and biopharmacy applications. PhinC is actively involved in these areas.

The selected candidate will dedicate their full-time efforts to PBPK modeling activities, supported by experienced scientists in Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD).

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a dedicated team of three specialized scientists.
• Choose appropriate methodologies, conduct modeling analyses, and ensure result accuracy.
• Present results to clients and prepare technical reports.

Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industry, academia, or CROs in PBPK or PBBM.
• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment.
• Experience with regulatory documentation and submissions.

Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong communication, presentation skills, scientific rigor, motivation, and organizational abilities.

Education:

Possession of a PhD and/or a master’s degree in a relevant field such as PBPK, PBBM, pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related disciplines.
