Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QC systems consultant with a background in lab instrument validation and endotoxin testing. As a key team member, you will provide expert support on lab instrument software systems, focusing on SoftMax Pro and endotoxin testing solutions (Biomerieux or Lonza). Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating major/minor software upgrades (SoftMax Pro & endotoxin testing platforms)
• Drafting and updating User Requirements Specifications (URS) with a focus on data integrity
• Developing validation plans, test strategies, risk assessments, and traceability matrices
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT): design, scripting, execution, and reporting
• Preparing training materials and ensuring SOPs/instructions are in place

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in lab instrument software validation within GxP environments
• Familiarity with endotoxin testing systems and microplate reader tools
• Proven track record in documentation, UAT coordination, and user training
• Excellent communication skills in English; French or German is a strong advantage
