Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

Role Overview

As a Site Security Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, helping to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
2. Manage projects effectively, demonstrating strong execution skills.
3. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior leadership, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.

Contract Details

Initial 2-year contract, with the possibility of extension or transitioning to a permanent role.
