The HRIT Manager is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology solutions within LVMH. This role acts as a key point of contact between HRIS users and the IT department, ensuring that HR systems are aligned with business needs and are delivering optimal performance. The HRIT Manager will oversee projects, system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, technology, and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Management & Maintenance :
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of HR technology systems, including HRIS, talent management, learning, recruiting and compensation processes.
- Manage system configurations, security settings, and user access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
- Project Implementation & Support :
- Participate in HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide support to project teams and HR users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for HR users on HR technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs).
- Evaluate new HR technology solutions and provide recommendations to HR leadership.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Provide recommendations to HR leadership on how to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Compliance & Security :
- Ensure compliance with LVMH's IT security and data privacy policies.
- Stay up-to-date on HR technology trends and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication :
- Communicate effectively with HR, HRIS users, IT partners, and vendors on system changes, issues, and project updates.
- Act as a liaison between HR and Operations to ensure that HR technology needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in HRIT, with experience managing HR technology systems (SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred) within complex multinational organizations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management.
- Experience in Design Thinking method and knowledge in the different Technology trends to enable Employee Experience processes and outcomes.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to present information to audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Good analytical skills; able to understand and tell stories behind processes and data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
