As an integral part of the sales team, the SALES ACCOUNT / PROJECT COORDINATOR is responsible for helping the smooth running of specific projects, information input into the various internal and external management systems and IT tools.
Project management: recording and monitoring customer projects in internal/external systems, including updating data into SAP, extracting information from different software packages. (training provided)
Collaboration with multiple departments internal and key external stakeholders
Interaction, coordination and involved in the management of different actions such as shipping/dispatch, logistics and other operational departments.
Administrative follow-up of different electronic data systems
Database update internal/external

PROJECTS COORDINATION :
Ensures the smooth running of the project until its submission/end
Reception of the customer materials, support in the internal dispatch of these materials
Logical and systematic working through (documentation/samples/etc.)
Support the sales representative, if necessary, with the creation, writing and updating of projects in internal systems
Follow-up with different departments to ensure timelines are adhered
Verification of requests, coordinate and ensure the correct material is available
Shipping to the customer, communication and tracking of the shipment coordinated with the customer/sales team
DAILY COMMERCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE MONITORING :
Analyse and coordinate customer requests with the different departments:
Create and monitor requests in our internal systems & SAP
Coordinate with internal expert teams for all client requests are achieved in a timely manner
Support of the Global Perfumery Centre:
Request raw materials from the different locations within our network of facilities
Continuous update of the internal follow-up table
Ensure the shipment of the raw materials to the client
Gather the safety/technical documentations
Update the shared follow-up file
