Job Description:

Are you passionate about innovation, science, and eager to gain enriching professional experience within an international pharmaceutical laboratory? Joining Janssen France, the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson, the global leader in health and well-being (126,500 employees worldwide and 265 companies across 60 countries), means participating in the development of well-known brands recognized for being close to patient needs. Join us as a work-study student in the Pharmaceutical Affairs department of Johnson & Johnson! Duration: 12 months starting September 2025. Location: Issy-Les-Moulineaux.

As a Medical Information intern or trainee, you will be part of the pharmaceutical affairs department. You will work alongside medical information experts and call center staff. You will have the opportunity to interact with healthcare professionals and patients contacting the Janssen medical information service, providing them with answers to their questions. You will collaborate closely with various teams, especially: the France and Europe medical teams, regulatory, commercial, pharmacovigilance, and quality teams. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing external medical information requests across one or more therapeutic areas.
  2. Researching and analyzing data in our databases to find the most relevant answers to medical questions received.
  3. Drafting and establishing appropriate response elements in compliance with regulations, current standards, and internal procedures.
  4. Recording requests in our internal database.
  5. Supporting the organization of medical information activities in accordance with regulations and ANSM expectations, in collaboration with internal departments, experts, and groups.
  6. Identifying, collecting, and reporting pharmacovigilance cases and complaints to the relevant services.
  7. Participating in updating procedures and instructions related to medical information activities.
  8. Adapting, creating, and updating standard responses (FAQs, template letters).
  9. Preparing activity reports, signal detection, and analysis.

Your profile:

  • Student in pharmacy – "Master 2 Medical Affairs," "Master 2 Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance," or "DU Medical Affairs," "DU Medical Science Liaison."
  • Ability to interpret and utilize scientific and medical information.
  • Strong analytical skills and synthesis ability.
  • Proficient in English reading; familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
