Description du poste

Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging our internal teams' expertise.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients without this resource gain access.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt, tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients lacking recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting possible disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector. Your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets/Slides)
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory

Location : Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract : Permanent
