About the role:

As an Advanced Project Manager, you will be responsible for all phases of the project management process on moderate to high complexity projects, or a portfolio of lower complexity projects.

You will report to the Project Portfolio Manager and be located in France or Belgium, with the possibility of working remotely part of the time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead a medium-sized team, which may include project controls and sub-project managers.
• Support proposal processes for moderate to high complexity projects, as assigned.
• Oversee the development of cost estimates and offers for operating plant support and modifications. Guide customer negotiations.
• Cultivate relationships with team members, customers, and other partners in a matrix environment to facilitate successful project completion and identify opportunities for additional business growth.
• Resolve complex technical, commercial, and operational issues to provide high-quality results, enhance positive customer and supplier relations, and maintain profit margins.
• Analyze contract requirements to ensure successful project implementation.
• Use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls across multiple projects, ensuring senior management receives up-to-date and accurate project status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project manager leading and directing moderate to high complexity projects to successful completion.
• Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI)’s Project Management Body of Knowledge guide.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and cost management.
• Proficiency in English and French.
