POSITION SUMMARY: Installs, services, adjusts, and repairs coin-operated slot machines, currency changers, video arcade games, and currency and coin-handling equipment located in the shipboard Casino. The role also includes maintaining and repairing signage and computerized gym equipment.

Hiring Requirements:

1. Formal training in the repair and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
2. Previous slot technician experience in live casinos preferred; shipboard experience is a plus.
3. Ability to read safety rules, instructions for use and maintenance of tools and equipment, and mechanical drawings.
4. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with guests, department heads, and shipboard employees, showing concern and active listening.
5. Ability to communicate tactfully to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
6. Ability to stand for extended periods.
7. Ability to quickly and accurately count paper and coin currency.
8. Basic math skills related to monetary units and slot machine percentages.
9. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
