European Business Operations Manager

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services our entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization. The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works well independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to interpret and respond to technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems.
  • Adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and energized by challenges.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
