Job Description:

SAP HCM Payroll Techno / Functional Consultant

6 Month Fully Remote Contract

• Advanced experience in SAP ABAP France payroll programming, and in-depth Data Dictionary knowledge.
• Proficient in creating Schemas and PCRs.
• Expertise in XML as it relates to SAP products and landscapes.
• Knowledge of BADIs, Implicit & Explicit enhancements, and other standard object modification techniques.
• Experience with SAPscript / Smartforms / Adobe Forms.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming - Classes, methods.
• Experience with Web Services.
• Experience with XI/PI.
• Understanding of Security / Authorization Objects for SAP objects, programs, and users.
• Support for Workflow development and custom development to meet business requirements.
• Knowledge of portal technologies used within SAP product suite development.

Experience:

• 10+ years relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer.
• Deep knowledge of DSN configuration and functionalities.
• Expertise in French payroll configuration, including cycles and schemas.
• Proficiency in French reading and speaking skills.
• Experience in developing in dual-stack SAP environments.
• Participation in at least two complete SAP production implementations.
• Experience supporting complex SAP environments in 24/7 operations.
• Troubleshooting experience with third-party products interfacing with SAP.
• Development experience with SAP versions 4.7 - NetWeaver 7.2, BI, PI, SEM, CRM, SCM.
• Experience with AMS or other off-shore production support models.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills:

• Development experience in SAP HCM and Payroll, with specific expertise in France Payroll.
• Proficient in creating Schemas and PCRs.
