Job Description:

The firm delivers technology-led performance management and financial transformation solutions, and is expanding its capability to meet growing client demand for OneStream implementations. This role would suit an experienced consultant or solution lead with strong technical and functional knowledge of the OneStream platform, particularly in relation to financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to the delivery of OneStream implementation projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Translate complex finance processes into scalable and maintainable OneStream applications.
• Configure and develop OneStream components including business rules, cube structures, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Engage with clients to gather and analyse requirements related to consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Support data integration, mapping, and transformation from source systems to OneStream.
• Participate in user training, testing, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal teams including architects, developers, and project managers to ensure quality delivery.
• Stay current with OneStream product updates and contribute to the development of internal delivery standards and methodologies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience delivering OneStream solutions in a consulting or systems implementation capacity.
• Solid understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, reporting, intercompany eliminations, and planning.
• Strong hands-on configuration skills in OneStream, including the use of business rules, extensible dimensions, and workflow automation.
• Background in finance, accountancy, or financial systems consulting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote model, while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience engaging with finance stakeholders and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with EPM/CPM tools and principles; previous experience with Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial but not essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging and varied projects within a growing consultancy practice. The successful candidate will work remotely from within the UK, supporting both domestic and international clients across a range of industries.
