Description du poste

Responsibilities:

1. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency across multiple production sites.
2. Participate in industrial planning, including workload, capacity, and needs assessment for various factories.
3. Define, in collaboration with sites, procurement and maintenance strategies (preventive and corrective) for critical equipment, and oversee their operational deployment.

Main Missions:

1. Manage continuous improvement projects: design, plan, and deploy operational excellence initiatives.
2. Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) at the plant level: OEE, MTBF, equipment availability, etc.
3. Optimize processes: value stream mapping, review of standards and operating procedures, testing innovative solutions (methods, tools, technologies).
4. Support teams in change management and promote Lean culture / operational excellence.
5. Structure and optimize maintenance strategies: scheduling, criticality assessment, inventory management, supplier coordination, lead times.
6. Establish and track reliability indicators and contribute to maintenance digitalization (CMMS, IoT monitoring, fault database).
7. Monitor and report on project progress, indicators, risks, and action plans.
