Mission

Following a cancellation, we are looking for a Director of EHPAD H/F to join our establishment Korian Maison des Aulnes located in Sainte Marguerite (88), 3 kilometers from Saint-Dié-des-Vosges (88). Our 66-bed facility with a protected unit has a good reputation, with a rating of 4.7 on Google reviews.

As a Director of Establishment at Korian, you play a key role in managing and developing our retirement home. You are responsible for implementing the establishment's project, ensuring quality care and resident and family satisfaction.

Your main missions include:

  1. Developing and implementing the establishment's project in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  2. Managing the administrative, financial, and HR aspects of the establishment.
  3. Ensuring the quality of care and services offered to residents.
  4. Fostering teamwork and leading the staff around the establishment's projects.
  5. Developing partnerships with local actors and residents' families.
  6. Actively participating in integrating the establishment into the local gerontological network.

Profile

  • You hold a Bac+5 in management, management, or equivalent. Only applications meeting this legal requirement will be considered.
  • You are available for on-call phone duties every 3 to 4 weeks and to be present on Saturdays.
  • You are driven by a strong desire to work in a deeply human profession, serving vulnerable people and those who care for them.
  • You possess strong commercial and managerial development skills.
  • You have excellent relational skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with residents, families, and teams.
  • You can work effectively in a team, motivate, and supervise staff.
  • You are capable of developing and maintaining an effective professional network.
  • You have solid customer relationship knowledge, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • You are proficient with computer tools and management software.
