Job Description:

The CSR & General Secretariat Division is seeking an HSE/Environment Manager. Reporting to the QHSE Manager for France, your responsibilities include assessing risks, defining contact for ICPE regulations, energy management, and waste management. You will define the QHSE management program aligned with company policies, monitor and manage QHSE indicators and dashboards, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing QHSE policies and action plans, suggesting continuous improvements.
  2. Monitoring and analyzing QHSE indicators.
  3. Participating in internal QHSE audits.
  4. Ensuring regulatory compliance on HSE matters and following up on improvement actions.
  5. Supporting and managing emergency situations.
  6. Leading certification processes for the integrated management system (ISO).
  7. Managing ICPE regulation compliance, waste, and energy management.
  8. Creating communication, training, and awareness materials to promote QHSE.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) with specialization in QHSE.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.

This is a permanent contract (CDI) with executive status. Benefits include:
