• You get familiar with our current software for HMI programming and the possible new software, which works across all control systems.
• After examining the workflow in our project business, you investigate the effects of the software change on the current workflow (technically, but also structurally, and psychologically).
• You plan and prepare the implementation process of the new software for HMI programming.

• Interest in interdisciplinary topics.
• Ideally, studies in the field of industrial engineering or knowledge of industrial and business psychology.
