Job Description:

Build and maintain relationships with public authorities at various levels related to Xiaomi's business, including ministries and local authorities.

Provide in-depth analysis of mobility industry policies and regulations in Europe, identify potential risks, and offer policy advice.

Coordinate memberships with mobility industrial associations relevant to Xiaomi and develop a network of industrial contacts.

Represent Xiaomi in interactions with government officials, think tanks, international organizations, and other public agencies.

Collaborate with local business units (such as R&D, sales, and marketing) and support relevant activities.

Assist the mobility team with policy analysis and facilitate activities at the European level.

Requirements:

• Experience working with government departments and public authorities; 3+ years in government, GR/PA departments, or consultancy preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the mobility industry, current policies, and regulations.
• Objective-oriented with strong analytical, presentation, and business skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excellent at self and time management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Xiaomi positively.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Relations, International Studies, Political Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in a European language and proficient in English (spoken and written).
