This is the person who implements solutions to improve production processes. They are responsible for identifying production issues and implementing corrective actions. They also train teams on internal problem-solving procedures and monitor performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of actions.

• Do you have a degree in engineering or a Bac +5 in methods, maintenance, and processes? Great!
• Are you familiar with production processes and problem analysis tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram)? Even better!
• Are you rigorous, skilled in project management (quality, cost, deadlines), and have good interpersonal skills to lead a team? If so, this position is for you!
