Job Description:

Simaero is recruiting a Head of HR to cover a maternity leave (contract duration between 4 to 6 months) to support its development in France and internationally. Beyond the operational scope of the HR function, Simaero seeks a Head of HR with strong business expertise and a holistic vision, respecting local specificities, in a context of global transformation and structuring. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Head of HR will work closely with him and the executive committee, collaborating with teams across France and internationally.

The Head of HR is responsible for ensuring the coherence of the Group’s HR policy aligned with the strategic direction set by the General Management team, overseeing approximately 200 people. While regions have autonomy in daily management, harmonizing processes and practices is essential to establish a common foundation across the Group.

Your Role
  1. Contribute to the organization, structuring, and development of the Group's transversal functions.
  2. Drive internal Group communication to strengthen Group culture.
  3. Oversee recruitment policy and participate in some recruitments.
  4. Support executive committee members in talent management.
  5. Manage the internal Learning platform in collaboration with transversal teams.
  6. Advise executives and promote management best practices.
  7. Provide HR management guidance to managers, including legal support and social relations management.
  8. Drive and implement group-level strategic projects.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fast-growing or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Experience in international and multicultural settings.
  • Strong talent acquisition skills, with strategic structuring ability.
  • Strategic vision and cross-functional project leadership.
  • Operational mindset with hands-on approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
