The Senior Paid Media Buyer at Ridge plays a crucial role in supporting the paid media team to execute and strategize effective paid social advertising campaigns across various channels—focusing on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin. Responsibilities include optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic planning. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply senior-level expertise within a leading, high-growth DTC brand, working alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities

Campaign and Platform Ownership:

  • Manage paid social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, updates, and best practices to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Ad Building:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid social media ads.
  • Develop ad copy and creative content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and brand standards.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Use data insights to recommend campaign adjustments.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all ad campaigns and creative materials.
  • Monitor performance and address issues promptly.

Ad Creative:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and copy.
  • Provide feedback to enhance ad effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Campaign Management:

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across channels.
  • Implement targeting strategies to reach specific audiences.
  • Manage budgets and adjust spend to maximize performance.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to campaign strategies and media plans.
  • Participate in brainstorming for campaign improvements.
  • Research new advertising opportunities and platforms.

External Partner Communication:

  • Act as the main contact for external ad partners and agencies.
  • Review and share campaign insights with partners.
Ideal Profile

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing experience.
  • Expertise in media buying on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin.
  • Experience in DTC ad agencies or in-house roles within brands exceeding $100M in revenue is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, and GA4.
  • Strong understanding of advertising attribution models.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with reporting.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, Loom, and ad platforms.
