We are currently looking for Digital Guides who speak fluent Danish and English and are available to start ASAP.

If you have a passion for customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to adapt to digital platforms, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Work location : hub office Sunweb Group (preferably in Copenhagen).

Your impact

Within our Destination Services team, we are responsible for services both offline with guides on destination and online with Digital Guides. We are seeking experienced destination guides skilled in handling client requests, addressing complaints, providing effective solutions, and sales & service. This role aims to enhance our digital presence and foster closer relationships with our clients at the destination.

Responsibilities of a digital guide:

• Utilize your previous guide experience and proficiency in computer systems and relevant programs.
• Handle client requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Create innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Optimize sales and service: elevate guest experience and increase sales through personalized recommendations for excursions and activities based on interests. Every interaction is an opportunity to add value and improve their holiday experience.
• Use digital platforms to provide personalized guidance and support.

Skills for success

• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both verbal and written. Additional languages (Dutch, Swedish, French) are a plus.
• Tech-savvy: capable of assisting guests via phone, GPS, WhatsApp, and other apps.
• Strong problem-solving skills: quick thinking and effective solutions for unexpected challenges.
• Flexible and proactive: willing to work irregular hours, anticipate challenges, and enjoy variety in work.
• Organizational skills: managing reservations, itineraries, and contact details.
• In-Destination knowledge: understanding of winter and summer destinations, attractions, activities, dining, and local culture.
