We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Medium Duty Trucks to join our Product Marketing Department within the Renault Trucks Marketing & Customer Satisfaction organization.

Your mission

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and promoting the commercial offer for the Medium Duty truck range. You will design customer-centric value propositions, support global sales teams, and actively contribute to the transformation of Renault Trucks towards more sustainable, decarbonized transport solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to drive strategic impact, support the transition to electromobility, and work in a collaborative, international environment.

Your key responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver impactful product marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for new offers, in close collaboration with Product Development, Marketing Communication, Sales, and Training teams.
  2. Analyze customer needs and define clear business and marketing objectives.
  3. Build value propositions and packaging aligned with customer expectations and competitive positioning.
  4. Develop sales arguments and materials in cooperation with sales organizations.
  5. Define pricing ambitions with the Pricing Manager.
  6. Track performance of the commercial offer and adjust accordingly.
  7. Build and maintain strategic marketing plans aligned with Renault Trucks’ strategic and product roadmaps.
  8. Act as marketing ambassador in internal and external commercial events (trainings, exhibitions, etc.).
  9. Provide marketing support to sales teams to enhance business growth and profitability.
  10. Develop segment expertise and customer insights to strengthen value creation.

What we’re looking for

Education & Qualifications

Degree from a business school or an engineering background with additional marketing / business specialization.

Demonstrated strengths in the Volvo Group leadership competencies, particularly: customer focus, integrity and trust, business acumen, relationship-building, results orientation, and learning agility.

Experience & Skills

At least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally within the transport or automotive industry.

Proven track record in working with international markets.

Interest in new technologies and alternative energy solutions is a strong asset.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
