Job Description:

What to expect: As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in commissioning automated installations for a major logistics player in the Lyon region. Your mission will be to ensure the performance, reliability, and integration of automated storage systems while supporting operators and on-site teams.

1. Perform I/O tests, functional tests, and performance tests of the installations.
2. Train operators and support teams during production start-up.
3. Have 8 to 12 years of experience in automation, with expertise in complex projects.
4. Proficiency in Schneider (Machine Expert) and Beckhoff (Twincat 2, C++) systems.
5. Knowledge of industrial networks: CanOpen, Sercos, Modbus, Ethernet.
6. Experience with infrared communication tags, Keyence barcode readers, Interroll motor rollers (multi-control board).
7. Be rigorous and autonomous, with excellent analytical skills.
8. Be versatile and solution-oriented, capable of managing unforeseen issues effectively.
