Job Description

  1. Define and Execute CRM Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies for global and local initiatives, utilizing channels like email, app push notifications, web push notifications, and on-site retargeting, with support from internal teams.
  • Create and manage CRM marketing campaigns targeting multiple countries and brands.
  • Innovate and test new channels and mechanics to increase engagement and optimize CRM processes using a test-and-learn approach.
  • Manage customer lifecycle actions and cycles to improve engagement, marketing impact, and retention.
  • Develop and execute contact strategies to engage relevant audiences with tailored content across channels to drive conversion and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance and profitability.
    • Create actionable reports to share insights and implement quick wins.
    • Enhance channel performance through A/B testing and lead scoring strategies.
  • Agency Coordination:
    • Manage agency collaborations to ensure alignment with commercial goals and effective audience activation.

    Internal and External Relationships

    Collaborate with E-Commerce, Product & Tech Tribes, Marketing (Global Loyalty & Brand, Local Marketing & Sales), and Legal teams (compliance & DPO).

    Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Batch) and KPIs.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a CRM role.
    • Master's degree in Marketing or Business (bac +5).
    • Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
