Within the Legal Department of LG Electronics France, your responsibilities will include:

1. Reviewing and drafting contracts in collaboration with department lawyers and operational teams.
2. Conducting research and providing consultations on business law, commercial law, competition law, consumer law, and sales promotion.
3. Monitoring legal disputes (commercial litigation, civil liability, intellectual property).
4. Researching and advising on matters related to the company's activities (corporate law, real estate law, intellectual property, data management, transportation and customs, commercial guarantees).
5. Keeping abreast of sector-specific regulatory updates and preparing reports for the parent company in Korea.
6. Participating in internal training programs on compliance and cross-functional working groups.
7. Managing legal documentation and knowledge within the Legal Department.

This internship offers an opportunity to discover the role of a corporate lawyer within an international, multicultural group focused on electronics and household appliances for the general public and professionals.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Master 2 program in Business Law, Economic Law, or Contract Law.
• Good knowledge of Distribution Law, Civil Liability Law, Competition Law, Corporate Law, and Commercial Law.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with solid knowledge of legal English.

• Internship starting September 2025 for 1 year.
