In addition to its gaming room open 7/7, our establishment also includes a quality restaurant.

We are looking for a MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (H/F) to replace a departing team member.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Management, your main tasks will include:

• Supervise the operation, control, intervention, and technical investigation of gaming installations.
• Control the application of gaming regulations and internal procedures.
• Control the implementation of safety instructions.
• Ensure the quality of customer relations and animate the gaming room.
• Participate in commercial operations and manage the loyalty program.
• Manage the teams present in the gaming room and lead the teams.
• Supervise administrative documents.
• Follow up on external service providers' interventions.
• Handle LCB-FT procedures.
• Detect risky behaviors and participate in the prevention of gambling abuse.
• Manage customer follow-up.
• Handle conflicts.

Profile

Master the operation and management of slot machines.

Be familiar with various table games.

Proficient in computer tools.

Know the regulations governing gaming.

You already have experience as a Member of the Management Committee (MCD).

Excellent presentation, characterized by your dynamism, interpersonal skills, and commitment. Passionate about your profession, perfectionist, with a strong sense of customer relations and management.

Beyond technical skills, we place great importance on interpersonal skills.

Position Details

Full-time fixed-term contract until 13/04/2025.

Working hours: open 7 days a week, from 8:00 to 4:30, rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, and nights. Two consecutive days off weekly.

Salary: starting from €2,930 gross/month depending on profile and experience.

Benefits include night-hour bonuses from the first hour, 50% employer-covered health insurance, meal allowance of €4.22 per meal, and agreements on compensatory leave and flexible working hours.

This position requires ministerial approval.
