Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor (F/H) for our Croix agency (59). Key players in Macif's operations, commercial advisors guide and support members based on their life project needs.

Your main missions include:

1. Responding to members' needs via phone/in person
2. Optimizing each contact to carry out loyalty-based commercial actions on Macif products tailored to members' needs: IARD, Health/Providence, Finance/Savings
3. Participating in developing our reception points' activity through appointment scheduling

Your commercial talent and strong sales inclination are keys to success. You know how to persuade and build trust through listening: this role is for you!

To support you, a paid professional training will be provided internally for 3 months, alternating theory and practice on our products, sales techniques, and IT tools, giving you all the keys to succeed. Upon successful completion, you will receive the professional certification CAPA (Professional Capacity in Insurance) recognized by the State.

Candidate Profile

• Degree Bac+2/3 in sales/customer relations or similar experience
• Strong customer service sense: active listening and oral ease
• Sales aptitude
• Adaptability and openness to change
• Team spirit aimed at achieving collective goals

Additional Information

• Work hours: 37h/week, Monday to Friday (11 RTT/year)
• Gross monthly salary: €2630.07 (13th month, holiday bonus, work location allowance)
• Annual variable pay based on targets achieved
