Customer Supply Chain Project Leader, Gennevilliers

Albéa is a world leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical, and food packaging. Albéa Gennevilliers is home to our global headquarters.

Scope

• Tubes Europe Cluster: 10 facilities in 7 countries

• Covers portfolio of Tubes Europe working in collaboration with plant organizations and other functions.

• Collaborates with plants, purchasing, sales, and supply chain teams in Europe, and also collaborates with other clusters in Tubes and C&F organizations where there is synergy.

• Reports to Supply Chain Director for the Cluster.

Main activities

  • Analyze existing ways of working with customers and expectations to redefine and develop supply methods. This may include analysis of internal activities as well as customer and/or supplier activities.
  • Develop improvement proposals and review them with all involved parties (internal supply chain, sales & marketing, production, quality, NPD, etc.).
  • Work with NPD and S&OP teams to ensure monitoring and coverage of new business opportunities and wins.
  • Collaborate with IT and internal teams to optimize information flows using digital tools (EDI, portals, etc.).
  • Use Albéa supply KPIs or other systems to monitor performance and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support working capital performance by improving customer stock rotation through revised agreements and monitoring.
  • Develop and improve customer supply chain agreements, ensuring parameters are reflected in ERP systems.
  • Develop supply chain network in Europe, training relevant personnel and ensuring coverage of targeted customers.
  • Cascade cluster initiatives and targets to sites, ensuring local follow-up and execution.

  • Maintain right-sized and accurate inventory levels: Days of Inventory
  • Review and implement customer agreements promptly
  • Ensure competence and training on practices: Excellence System rollout

Profile (Experience & qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, etc.)
  • APICS certification a plus
  • Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain management
  • Experience interfacing with customers operationally and/or commercially
  • Experience managing international teams is advantageous
  • Fluent in English

Knowledge/Technical Skills required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of lean methods and process mapping tools
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in IT tools including Excel and ERP systems
