Job Description:

GUEGUEN AVOCATS, a major player in business law in the western France, located in the Nantes region, values human aspects and work-life balance. It is also part of COZAN, a unique merger of lawyers and notaries, covering all professional and family issues of business leaders, including asset management and optimization.

You will join a team consisting of a lead partner and 2 to 4 legal assistants or collaborators. Your responsibilities include handling cases under supervision to enhance your training, develop autonomy, and eventually take on responsibilities.

• Providing advice on business transfers - drafting agreements for control transfer, guarantee agreements, and sale agreements of business assets.
• Creating all types of companies through cash or in-kind contributions, including social rights contributions.
• Performing standard corporate law operations such as transformation, changing directors, changing the registered office, or adjusting the fiscal year.

Requirements:

• Master 2 in business law (DJCE preferred).
• Experience: 0-3 years (junior) / 5-7 years (senior).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
