In collaboration with the maintenance team and the RMSCL (Local Maintenance Manager), you will manage daily activities within your area of expertise and contribute within the Manufacturing department.

Daily Responsibilities:

Main Activities:

You will collaborate with other specialties within an SCL, with key tasks including:

• Ensuring and improving the performance of equipment
• Performing preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance in electrical and/or mechanical fields based on your expertise
• Documenting all activities in SAP (notifications, OT) following best practices
• Escalating important information to the maintenance team leader
• Participating in the technical store organization group (TSWG) on parts management
• Preparing detailed reports on OT reports
• Possibly retrieving parts related to your intervention from the technical store following procedures
• Contributing to maintenance procedures and updating technical documents in communication with the Equipment Manager
• Participating in OMP projects
• Working in shifts and occasionally replacing colleagues
• Implementing equipment lockout/tagout procedures according to your certifications
• Attending operational meetings
• Providing technical support to production operators during equipment changes, start-ups, and adjustments
• Carrying out VCS and safety contacts
• Participating in problem-solving using Lean tools (GSTD / BDA)
• Using TPM tools (5S, Standard Routine, SOC HTRP, TAG, OPL, CIL, etc.)
• Training other technical staff and operators in mechanical skills to enhance their competencies
• Collaborating with manufacturing, general services, packaging, and building teams as needed
• Possibility of shift replacements

Key Skills for Success:
