Our Talent Science team collaborates closely with stakeholders to support world-class talent selection. We are seeking mid-level Talent Scientists passionate about scientific approaches to talent selection, capable of behavioral interviewing, analytical problem solving using R, Python, SQL, and BI tools, with a strong academic background in Psychology, and excellent remote work organization skills.
This role involves driving talent analytics, conducting behavioral interviews, building stakeholder relationships, providing data-driven insights, enhancing candidate experience, streamlining hiring processes, collaborating with external platforms, and promoting diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias.
Requirements include a Psychology degree, analytical skills, psychometric assessment experience, behavioral interview expertise, a talent-focused mindset, remote work effectiveness, and willingness to travel 2-4 times a year.
Additional desirable skills include sourcing and headhunting experience, statistical testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, ML, and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, and DISC profiling.
