The mission of the Qualitative Moderator is to provide high-quality moderation and deliverables on qualitative projects for both Med Planet and sister companies within the M3 group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Including, but not limited to the following :

1. Conducting market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology & diagnostics
2. Project management, client briefing, discussion guide / questionnaire creation, execution of individual interviews and group discussions
3. Conception, preparation, and presentation of results reports
4. Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Extensive professional experience (at least 3 years) in market research, ideally in the medical field

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

• Candidate will preferably have experience with a range of market research projects
• The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• The candidate must multi-task and work well under pressure
• The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The candidate must be fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• The candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• This candidate is expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in constantly improving the quality of our services
• The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives
