Position:

We are currently seeking a Country Manager for ViiV HC Belgium.

Role Overview:

The Country Manager will lead ViiV HC in Belgium, focusing on accelerating growth by building on the success of the current portfolio and launching new HIV therapies. The role involves being part of the France-Belgium ViiV HC Hub Leadership Team and leading ViiV HC Europe, with a focus on engagement with healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders involved in HIV care in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Location:

Based in Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of ViiV HC business in Belgium with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive the uptake of innovative brands and market transformation towards long-acting therapies.
• Manage product launches and develop strategies aligned with regulations and internal policies.
• Represent ViiV HC externally by building relationships with key stakeholders including government, payers, experts, and patient groups.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the local team, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage relationships with GSK as the main shareholder and service provider.
• Ensure compliance with company values and standards.

Candidate Profile:

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters’ degree in Business, Economics, Scientific studies, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a leadership role in sales, marketing, or business management.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder influence, and team development skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Governmental Affairs or Market Access with a strong business acumen.
• Knowledge of compliance and ethics in pharma, with fluency in French and Dutch.
