Open to contractual workers: Yes, as an exception to civil servant applications. A contractual person can be recruited for service needs or due to the nature of functions when no civil servant applications are successful. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum of six years. It is possible to recruit someone who is not a laureate of a public service competition, as one of the grades indicated is an entry-level category C grade allowing direct recruitment without a competition.

Job Description

Under the authority of the team leader responsible for green space maintenance (City perimeter). Your missions include:

1. Maintenance of green spaces (mowing, clearing, pruning shrubs and hedges, weeding, edging, leaf collection, etc.)
2. Maintenance of mineral paths within the intervention perimeter (manual and thermal weed control)
3. Participation in various works such as planting vegetation (trees, shrubs, perennials), including all preparatory work (excavation, landscaping, soil amendment, leveling, grassing)
4. Use/maintenance of equipment and tools
5. Participation in cleaning team facilities
6. Participation in designing seasonal floral beds, including planting and maintenance
7. Participation in events (setup, dismantling, etc.)

Work Schedule

Location: Municipal Technical Center, 35 rue du mûrier, St-Cyr-Sur-Loire

• Monday to Thursday: 7:45-12:00 / 13:00-16:45
• Friday: 7:45-12:00 / 13:00-14:15

Summer hours (mid-June to mid-August):

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00-14:00 (including 20-minute break)
• Friday: 6:00-11:30 (including 20-minute break)

Work rhythm: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, RTT, CNAS benefits
