Play one of the world’s finest Alpine golf courses, relax in the region’s largest spa, and dine at Le 1920, honoured with two Michelin stars. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe with 55 spacious accommodations including 14 suites, is due to re-open in December 2019 following renovation, and our 2 seasonal operations are December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie assists the Chef de Partie wherever possible. They must be flexible to move between departments (substitute or relieve a cook of a comparable or junior station) when necessary. Responsibilities include preparing sauces, cold meats, and vegetables, cooking lunch and dinner, assisting in pastry, and cold & hot preparations.

What you will do
  • Carry out and ensure the preparation of your assigned tasks under the supervision of a Chef de Partie and/or Sous-Chef.
  • Set up your workstation.
  • Manage production and product storage.
  • Comply with technical specifications and the culinary standards established by the Chef.
  • Adapt to high activity situations and manage customer relationships effectively.
What we are looking for

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
