Description du poste

Brainscape, a leading AI-driven adaptive learning platform with > 10 million users, is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to help us qualify and respond to inbound sales opportunities for enterprise and e-learning licenses.

Our chosen candidate will support our sales and customer success processes, assisting a diverse range of users including teachers, professors, publishing executives, corporate trainers, and e-learning professionals. You will work directly with our Customer Relationship Management team to qualify inbound sales leads and support clients through end-to-end sales and service processes.

This is a part-time remote position, with potential for full-time employment for the right candidate, and occasional travel for team outings. We are targeting native English speakers in North or South America.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and research inbound sales leads for qualification.
  • Respond to prospects via various communication channels.
  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls.
  • Update prospect information in HubSpot Sales Pro CRM.
  • Identify and suggest efficiencies within our tools and team processes.
  • Perform activities such as invoicing, prospect research, utilization reviews, and client consultations to expand Brainscape usage.
  • Re-engage past warm leads through outreach.
Qualifications:
  • Extroverted, creative problem-solver capable of tailoring solutions.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Resilient and able to handle multiple emails, calls, and video meetings.
  • Curious and proactive in asking users targeted questions.
  • Adaptable in tone and context across different markets.
  • Skilled at identifying key trigger words to qualify leads.
  • Confident in updating and improving sales processes.
  • 6 months of experience in SDR, BDR, or similar sales roles is a plus.
  • Experience in EdTech, especially with schools, test prep, or corporate L&D, is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in Portuguese, are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Google Suite, Trello, and Slack.
