Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business solution owners at the group level, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data use cases.
• Work with teams across 21 Rexel countries to tailor data solutions to their specific requirements.
• Partner with technical leads, data engineers, scrum masters, and the TIBCO team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data products.
• Engage with Service Management and Run teams for effective maintenance and continuous improvement of data solutions.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog for data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our data platform to guide product development.
• Utilize strong SQL skills to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Create impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, to manage product delivery and ensure timely releases.
• Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and business intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product ownership or management, particularly with data products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, databases, data visualization, and analytics concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI.
• Analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering BI, data product, or platform projects.
