To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Project Leader (H/F), specialized in application projects ! This position will be located in Lestrem.

You will be responsible for :

The project Manager is responsible of leading/coordinating projects within the Digital Organization with accountability on delivering the expected value and projects objectives accordingly to the performance objectives in term of Planning, Cost, Quality, Scope, Benefits, and risks.

He/she represents a transversal pivot role between the client (internal or external) and a team of stakeholders, having a shared responsibility on providing a solution to a requirement and guaranty the success of the project.

Your personality and talents will make the difference to:

Pre-project activities

• The project manager assists the BRM in the opportunity and with the engagement leader the feasibility studies

• He/She is responsible of the project scoping

Project activities

• The project manager guarantees the respect of the project plan and objectives to provide the expected delivery to the customer. He is the representative of the BRM and the engagement leader to hold the customer satisfaction as a target. And he is the preferred point of contact of the customer during the execution phase (Build).

• Leads each phase of the build, deploying the project management process.

• Mastering the project communication.

• The project manager is responsible of the project reporting (planning, budget, workload, delivery, quality, benefits) with the support of the PMO. In this context he is the representative of the project, towards the management in the committees

General activities

• The project manager is responsible of the respect of the project methodology; thus he is responsible within his scope, of the respect of the processes and the best practices by his team.

• He contributes actively on process improvement and continuous improvement in general in close cooperation with Digital Excellence

What will we love about you?

First of all, you have strong expertise in IT and software project/program management, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 considered a plus. You are proficient in project management methodologies (both agile and waterfall), portfolio management, and demonstrate solid leadership and management abilities. You are flexibility for a project management in a waterfall or agile mode

And, you are capability of understanding business needs, formalizing these into requirements and functional impacts and capability of mastering a mapping of projects interaction . You overall knowledge of functional architecture of IT components, interfaces, ( and SAP modules ) , with specific competencies on Roquette’s business implementation.

You also show awareness o n key digital concepts depending on the addressed topic

But also..

· You hold a Masters Degree (or higher education degree) in Engineering or equivalent with in a domain related to Information Systems.

· You hold minimum 1 5 years in IT Project dept. or similar in an international environment (Project Management), including implementations of (SAP) projects, with a knowledge of industrial environment

· F luency in English (B2 or Higher )

· Expertise in p roviders relationship management for a project integration / deliveryand in operational management of a team composed of various profiles in terms of ; culture, technology expertise , and business expertise

· You have knowledge of project budget construction and management

· You have capability to manage and animate multidisciplinary team, culture of change management & communication

· You are rigorous and organised, able to put forward proposals and convincing arguments, and have an analytical mind.

· You are willing to travel when required (approx. 15% of the time)

Pour relever nos défis, nous sommes à la recherche de notre prochain Chef de Projet (H/F), spécialisé pour les projets applicatifs ! Ce poste sera à pourvoir à Lestrem.

Vous serez responsable de :

Le chef de projet est responsable de la direction/coordination des projets au sein de l'organisation numérique, avec la responsabilité de livrer la valeur attendue et les objectifs des projets en fonction des objectifs de performance en termes de planification, de coût, de qualité, de portée, d'avantages et de risques.

Il représente un rôle pivot transversal entre le client (interne ou externe) et une équipe de parties prenantes, ayant une responsabilité partagée pour apporter une solution à un besoin et garantir le succès du projet.

Activités d'avant-projet

• Le chargé de projet assiste le BRM dans l'opportunité et avec le responsable de l'engagement dans les études de faisabilité

• Il/Elle est responsable du cadrage du projet

Activités du projet

• Le chef de projet garantit le respect du plan et des objectifs du projet afin de fournir la livraison attendue au client. Il est le représentant du BRM et le leader de l'engagement pour avoir comme objectif la satisfaction client. Et il est le point de contact privilégié du client pendant la phase d'exécution (Build).

• Dirige chaque phase de la construction, en déployant le processus de gestion de projet.

• Maîtriser la communication du projet.

• Le chef de projet est responsable du reporting du projet (planning, budget, charge de travail, livraison, qualité, bénéfices) avec l'appui du PMO. Dans ce cadre, il est le représentant du projet, vis-à-vis de la direction dans les comités

Activités générales

• Le chef de projet est responsable du respect de la méthodologie du projet ; Ainsi, il est responsable, dans son périmètre, du respect des processus et des bonnes pratiques par son équipe.

• Il contribue activement à l'amélioration des processus et à l'amélioration continue en général en étroite collaboration avec Digital Excellence

Qu'est-ce que nous allons aimer chez vous ?

Tout d'abord, vous disposez d'une solide expertise en gestion de projets/programmes informatiques et logiciels, avec des certifications telles que PMP ou PRINCE2 considérées comme un atout. Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies de gestion de projet (agile et en cascade), la gestion de portefeuille et démontrez de solides capacités de leadership et de gestion. Vous êtes flexible pour une gestion de projet en mode cascade ou agile

Et, vous êtes capable de comprendre les besoins de l'entreprise, de les formaliser en exigences et impacts fonctionnels et capacité de maîtriser une cartographie de l'interaction des projets. Vous avez une connaissance globale de l'architecture fonctionnelle des composants informatiques, des interfaces (et des modules SAP), avec des compétences spécifiques sur la mise en œuvre commerciale de Roquette.

Vous montrez également une sensibilisation aux concepts clés du numérique en fonction du sujet abordé.

Mais aussi...

· Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master (ou diplôme d'enseignement supérieur) en ingénierie ou équivalent dans un domaine lié aux Systèmes d'Information.

· Vous avez au moins 15 ans d'expérience dans un département de projet informatique ou similaire dans un environnement international (gestion de projet), y compris la mise en œuvre de projets (SAP), avec une connaissance de l'environnement industriel.

· Maîtrise de l'anglais (B2 ou plus)

· Expertise dans la gestion de la relation fournisseurs pour une intégration/livraison de projet et dans le management opérationnel d'une équipe composée de profils variés en termes de ; culture, expertise technologique et expertise commerciale

· Vous avez des connaissances en construction et en gestion de budget de projet

· Vous avez la capacité de manager et d'animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire, une culture de gestion du changement et de communication

· Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'organisation, vous êtes force de proposition et de conviction, esprit d'analyse

· Vous êtes prêt à voyager si nécessaire (environ 15 % du temps)
