Job Description

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email, providing outstanding service.
  • Maintain and update sales records, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Liaise with production and logistics teams to track orders and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM systems and updating customer details.
  • Handle general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role - is not required, this role is suitable for a University or college leaver..
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What's on Offer

Salary of £22,000 - £26,000 dependant upon experience.
