Description du poste

Cooltra is looking for an experienced City Manager (called internally Delegate) to join our Free Float team in Paris. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and people-focused leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for operational excellence.

About the role :

Reporting to the B2C Country Manager (called internally B2C Free Float Regional Manager), you will lead and develop the Paris Free Float team to ensure high fleet availability and excellent quality of service.

What you will do :
  1. Lead and motivate the Paris Free Float team.
  2. Manage team needs and guide team members to achieve expected results. Help them grow.
  3. Optimize available resources (fleet and people) to achieve the best results in fleet availability.
  4. Ensure high-quality service to clients.
  5. Generate and analyze business reports (market analysis, city analysis) for strategic decision-making with the Paris Regional Manager and HQ team.
  6. Participate in strategic meetings with potential partners.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations, including leadership/management roles.
  2. Experience in mobility/renting sector is a plus.
  3. Languages: French (native), English (C1), Spanish (plus).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy.
  5. Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  6. Strong analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
