We are seeking a Sponsorship Manager Dairy & Plant-Based to join our Global Sponsorship team. This 7-month temporary role will be based at our Global Headquarters in Paris.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating Dairy & Plant-Based Sponsorship strategy, assets, and ambassadors
• Coordinating dairy asset activations such as football, running, track & field, cycling
• Identifying and initiating new partnerships to shape the future of the category
• Enhancing Danone's reputation through dairy & plant-based sponsorship initiatives
• Negotiating and managing multiple global sponsorship platforms for brands
• Collaborating internally and externally, building strong relationships across the organization and with partners
• Developing sponsorship strategies including positioning, storytelling, KPIs, and planning
• Utilizing planning and project management tools
• Activating strategies and key initiatives
• Monitoring performance and conducting benchmarking studies

About You

The criteria below are indicative; candidates with different experience and skills may also be considered.

• At least 6 years' experience in sponsorship, either in an agency or with an advertiser. Experience in football, running, or cycling is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the sports ecosystem
• Ability to identify relevant partners, develop action plans, and analyze performance
