Position Summary

As the Director of Operations at Bitget, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Bitget, ensuring that the platform operates efficiently and in compliance. You will work closely with the product, technology, marketing, and customer support teams to drive growth of the platform, enhance the customer experience, and ensure that Bitget remains a leader in the highly competitive cryptocurrency market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational strategy development and execution

Develop and implement an effective operations strategy in line with the company's overall strategic objectives to ensure efficient and sustainable business processes.

Provide operational advice and decision support to help company management optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency and enhance profitability.

Monitor and evaluate the execution effectiveness of the operations team and adjust strategies and tactics when necessary.

2. Team Management and Development

Lead and manage cross-functional operations teams, set team goals and drive their achievement.

Recruit, train and develop operations team members to enhance team skills and ensure efficient team execution and collaboration.

Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs for the operations team to ensure employee motivation and morale.

3. Process optimization and efficiency improvement

Optimize and standardize operation processes, reduce redundancy, and enhance process automation and operational efficiency.

Monitor the daily operation of the platform, identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues to ensure smooth and seamless operations.

Regularly review and optimize all aspects of the supply chain, customer support, transaction processes and technology processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

4. Risk Management and Compliance

Identify and manage risks that may exist in the course of operations, and develop countermeasures to ensure the sound operation of the business.

Oversee the compliance of the platform to ensure that the platform operations are in line with industry regulations and global regulatory requirements.

Work with legal, compliance teams and other relevant departments to maintain sensitivity to industry policy changes and make timely adjustments to operational strategies.

5. Customer Experience and Support

Work closely with the customer support team to ensure that the user experience on the Bitget platform is optimized.

Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints to improve user experience and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Work with marketing, product and other teams to promote the optimization of customer service processes and enhance the platform's user stickiness.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting

Regularly analyze operation data, identify trends, problems and opportunities in operation, and provide data support for decision-making.

Set operational goals, monitor and analyze operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure goal achievement.

Report operational progress to senior management and make optimization recommendations to improve overall business performance.

Position Requirements

1. Education and Background

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related fields.

Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain or financial industry is preferred.

At least 5-7 years of operation management experience, of which at least 3 years with team management experience.

Operations experience in cryptocurrency, fintech or internet industry is preferred.

Familiar with decentralized exchanges (DEX) and platform operation management, cross-border e-commerce or globalization platform experience is preferred.
