Location: Remote with occasional trips to France

Work Pattern: Contract - 12 month rolling

We're recruiting for a Senior Buyer to work for a Renewable Energy company on projects in their Wind portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and procurement of direct and indirect products or services
• Developing and executing procurement strategies to meet business goals and ensure compliance with processes
• Sourcing suppliers on the market with profiles aligned with business needs
• Managing pre-qualification processes and final evaluations in cooperation with the contract owner
• Occasional travel to identify potential suppliers
• Preparing and managing the RFP/RFQ (Request for Proposal/Quotation) process
• Negotiation and contract agreement
• Supporting claims until final resolution with external and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of previous experience in sourcing, buying, and procurement on large EPC projects
