Description du poste

Articulate, demonstrate, and prove the value of Dassault Systèmes Cyber Systems Engineering processes and methodologies to clients and partners, focusing on the overall Model-Based Systems Engineering approach supported by SysML applications.

Role: Industry Process Consultant

You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating the value propositions of Cyber Systems Engineering to Dassault Systèmes customers and partners. Your focus areas include analyzing complex systems, defining software and system architecture. As part of the Technical Sales Team, you will manage the technical engagement with customers throughout the sales cycle and support the sales organization in achieving or exceeding targets. Your responsibilities include:

1. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for System Architectural Framework, methods, and applications.
2. Using model-based and data-driven processes to develop and refine strategies for requirements engineering, system architecture, enterprise architecture, system behavior analysis, requirements verification, test planning, and interface integration and management for complex systems.
3. Modeling architecture of complex systems using OMG frameworks such as UML, SysML, DoDAF / UPDM, and UAF.
4. Modeling systems leveraging different perspectives (capability, operational, system, functional) and at various levels of abstraction.
5. Developing and driving model taxonomy and ontology consensus with stakeholders.
6. Capturing and analyzing customer expectations to converge on solutions and value propositions.
7. Leading technical opportunities and engagements with planning, action lists, success KPIs, and reporting.
8. Developing and nurturing customer technical relationships to establish yourself as a Trusted Advisor.
9. Participating in Business Value Assessments, Proof of Value, and preparing RFI / RFP responses for customers.
10. Developing and delivering technical presentations.
11. Developing customer-specific methodologies and conducting training sessions.
12. Publishing and presenting technical material at internal and external marketing events.
13. Managing and contributing to Model-Based Systems Engineering communities internally and externally.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 6-8 years of professional experience in SysML development, preferably using Cameo System Architect.
3. OCSMP Model User Experience Certification is preferred.
4. Experience in hardware, software, and firmware development methodologies and structured system development approaches.
5. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools and languages such as Magic Draw, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, UML, and SysML.
6. Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and 3D CAD design tools like NX, Creo, or CATIA (preferred).
7. Exposure to 1D simulation tools such as Dymola, MATLAB, Simulink, Amesim, Easy5, or SimulationX.
8. Strong communication, customer-facing, and relationship-building skills.
9. Pre-sales experience involving demonstrations and presentations.
10. Experience working with both commercial and government customers.
11. Familiarity with the DoD acquisition process.
12. Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
