The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ABAP for French payroll, including creating Schemas and PCRs. Strong communication skills in French are essential. SAP HCM Payroll Techno / Functional Consultant

6 Month Fully Remote Contract

• Advanced experience in SAP ABAP France payroll programming, and in-depth Data Dictionary knowledge.
• Proficient in creating Schemas and PCRs.
• Expertise in XML as it relates to SAP products and landscapes.
• Experience with BADIs, Implicit & Explicit enhancements, and other standard object modification techniques.
• Expertise in SAPscript / Smartforms / Adobe Forms.
• Experience in Object-oriented programming - Classes, methods.
• Expertise in Web Services.
• Experience with XI/PI.
• Knowledge of Security / Authorization Objects for SAP objects, programs, and users.
• Support in Workflow development and custom development to meet business requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP Portal technologies used in development.

Experience

• 10+ years relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of DSN configuration and functionalities.
• Expertise in French payroll configuration, including cycles and schemas.
• Must have reading and speaking skills in French.
• Experience in developing dual stack SAP environments.
• Participation in at least two complete SAP production implementations.
• Experience supporting complex SAP environments in 24/7 operations.
• Experience troubleshooting third-party products interfacing with SAP.
• Development experience with SAP 4.7 - NetWeaver 7.2 BI, PI, SEM, CRM, SCM.
• Experience with AMS or other off-shore support models.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills

• Development experience in SAP HCM and Payroll, with specific expertise in France Payroll.
• Proficient in creating Schemas and PCRs.
